Victorian Young Horse Classic
Victorian Young Horse Classic Cycle (VYHCC)
The VYHCC has been introduced to foster and encourage the promotion of young Showjumping horses of international calibre and to encourage the breeding of such performance horses.
Shows that will hold qualifying classes include:
Port Phillp Showjumping Club
Shepparton World Cup
Wondonga World Cup
Sale World Cup
Tonimbuk World Cup Final
Conditions of Entry
Horses must be 7yo or under as of August 1st 2008, and must be EFA registered in D Grade. Proof of registration, age and grade will be required to collect any prize money,
The event will be run in conjunction with a D Grade AM5
Horses wishing to participate in the VYHCC must pay the addional entry fee as well as the entry fee for the D Grade class. For a horse to be entered in the VYHCC it must also be entered in the D Grade AM5
The prize pool prize money offered for this class is to be equally divided between the horses that have jumped a double clear round e.g. if there were 15 entries and 5 horses were to jump double clear rounds, $30 in prize money would go to each of the 5 horses. There will be no ribbons given out, only prize money.
To qualify for the final, horses must jump a double clear round in one of the qualiftying classes; they do not need to be placed in the D Grade event.
This is a non-profit event; all of the entry fees that are collected go back in the following years prize pool.
The Final
Will be run as a height class, as some qualifiers may have been upgraded.

Second round max height 120cm
The final round will be against the clock with no rise in height
